Once you receive the FDD there will be a 14 day hold period of no contact to give you time to review the document and decide if you want to proceed forward.
Once reviewing the FDD and deciding to move forward we will go through the qualifications and franchisee requirements, along with location approval
From structural to aesthetic design we will work alongside you to be sure all aspects of the property meet state and local building requirements while also fitting an aesthetic tailored to the environment around your location
Following completion of your location, the franchisee and management team for the hotel will be fully trained on the reservation system, credit card system, phone system, marketing, daily operations, etc.
Once your business is open you should be fully staffed and supplied, as well as have marketing material and be established with the local chamber of commerce and tourism department
